Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all domain, email, and hosting services provided by Commonwealth Industries LLC, doing business as Shoalwater Digital. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Send unsolicited bulk or commercial email (spam), or host sites advertised through spam.
• Conduct phishing, fraud, or impersonation of another person or organization.
• Distribute malware, operate botnets, or host command-and-control infrastructure.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system, or conduct scanning or denial-of-service attacks.
• Host or distribute content that is illegal, including child sexual abuse material or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with the operation of our systems or other clients' use of them.

2. Email Sending

Email sent through our services must comply with CAN-SPAM and other applicable laws. Bulk mail must go only to recipients who have opted in, and must include a working unsubscribe method.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content or suspend or terminate services, with or without notice, to stop abuse or protect our systems, other clients, or the public. We cooperate with law enforcement and with registries as required.

4. Reporting Abuse

To report spam, phishing, malware, or other abuse involving a domain or server we manage, email abuse@shoalwater.digital with the full message headers, URLs, or log excerpts involved.
